Burrswood Thanksgiving service 22 Sept

BURRSWOOD You are warmly invited to a service in the Church of Christ the Healer, Burswood, where the Bishop of Rochester will lead an Act of Thanksgiving for the wonderful ways that God has worked down the years that the vision of Dorothy Kerin has been promoted at Burrswood, and to pray for the future work of the Dorothy Kerin Trust in God's hands. This will take place on Sunday 22 September 2019 at 1pm. The grounds will be open for picnics…

Men’s breakfast

Saturday 28th September Mark Blythe: Mark is a Sports Evangelist, has 6 kids, 10 grandchildren, played for Middlesbrough, Chelsea and West Ham, beat Mo Farrer over 5km. Australian international, ironman triathlete, Wembley referee, scored for the Harlem Globetrotters, 3 x golf hole-in-one. Ignorant of Christianity until 35 years old. We shall finish at about 10.00 a.m. and the cost is £10.00.  Please let Derek Baxter know if you are able to come (01959 523687) and bring a friend.

Mens Breakfast

You are invited to breakfast on Saturday 1 June at 8.30 a.m. at Otford Methodist Church.  The speaker will be Andrew Bratby. Andrew has lived in Otford man and boy.  He became a Christian at the age of 15 which is about the time he got to know Peter and Rachel Marson, the founders of the charity SeeKenya.  Andrew is married to Ellen and they have two daughters, Katherine and Susanna.  He is definitely not a professional ‘eye-person’, rather he works…
